Re-Forma ha desarrollado una serie de resultados que reflejan lo que creemos que los pastores necesitan saber, hacer y ser. Los proveedores con currículo solo necesitan complementar sus resultados con los que no han cubierto, mientras que los nuevos proveedores harán todos. Los estudiantes deben demostrar con éxito todos los resultados antes de recibir el Certificado de Formación Bíblica para el Ministerio.
Los resultados de Re-Forma están disponibles gratuitamente para cualquier proveedor que desee que sus estudiantes se califiquen para el Certificado Re-Forma, avalado por la Alianza Evangélica Mundial. Este no es un programa acreditado, pero el Certificado proporciona un estándar internacional para la formación no formal/informal. Si los estudiantes han demostrado todos los resultados, se calificarán automáticamente; de lo contrario, el proveedor deberá complementar su currículo.
La entrega del Certificado tendrá un coste nominal de administración de $5 USD por estudiante, más la tarifa de mensajería, en países en desarrollo, y $10 por estudiante más la tarifa de mensajería en otros lugares. No se emitirá ningún certificado sin pago previo.

¡Importante! En todos los casos, los estudiantes deben ser capaces de aplicar lo que han aprendido a su contexto. Envíe una Hoja de Evaluación completa para cada estudiante al final del programa a la dirección proporcionada en la Hoja de Evaluación.

1. Leading like Jesus
- Bear the fruit of the Spirit in all areas of life and practise humility, integrity and simplicity.
- List, explain and exercise the spiritual disciplines.
- Explain and demonstrate 5 key, biblical principles of prayer as the basis for all ministries.
- Outline the principles of personal and corporate worship and describe how to practise them as a lifestyle.
- Apply biblically ethical principles to relationships within the church or ministry.
- Explain how Jesus' attitude towards women and children should change the church.
- Explain the biblical basis for stewardship regarding time, abilities, resources, and creation.
- Describe the importance of the church.
- Explain the biblical basis for baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
- Explain how to organise and administrate a church or ministry with excellence and integrity.
- Explain how the power of Christ overcomes the lust of the flesh, the world, and the devil.
2. Handling the Word
- Describe the 'big story' of the whole Bible with Jesus at the centre of God's plan of salvation.
- Introduce 3 books of each type of genre in the Bible by identifying the author, period, purpose, and type of writing.
- Summarise at least 5 major teachings of Jesus.
- Explain the importance of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
- Describe 5 main events in the book of Acts.
- Prepare and preach or teach God’s Word effectively.
- Believe, explain and practise the key biblical doctrines.
- Explain in what ways the “prosperity gospel” is unbiblical and unethical.
- Demonstrate the superiority of the biblical worldview to alternative worldviews in their context.
- Describe 3 important events, each from a different period in the history of the Church.
- Describe the historical roots of their denomination (or church movement).
3. Reaching and Making Disciples
- Effectively share the gospel with family, friends and strangers.
- Motivate and mobilise others for the mission of God.
- Mentor at least one person in a specific form of evangelism or mission.
- Explain how they would implement Jesus’ model of making disciples.
- Identify and train at least 3 others to serve in some form of church ministry.
- Explain how the Bible should relate to and inform culture in their context.
- Purposefully use technology and social media for ministry.
4. Shepherding God's People
- Demonstrate Christlike servant leadership.
- Demonstrate compassion, hospitality and forgiveness in all relationships (including with people who have special needs).
- Comfort and assist others in times of crisis (namely death, marital problems, illness, etc.).
- Help a couple prepare for their marriage.
- Involve themselves in ministry to, with and by children and youth.
- Describe the roles of husbands and wives in nurturing faithfulness and love in marriage and family.
- Describe the impact of absentee fathers.
- Resolve conflicts in relationships.
